“Build a resource portal for first responders, with shareable brand assets across web and print”


A survey showed our target audience (firefighters, EMT/EMS, and law enforcement) was almost exclusively mobile-only, so we built around that.

From there we branched out to print, web, and social branding with separate rules for each in the style guide.

This portal, created by first responders and mental health experts together, provides 24/7 live support, effective resources, and cutting-edge services to prevent and alleviate PTSD, anxiety, depression, and other frontline work-related mental health challenges.
