Performance installation at the “Body Shop” exhibition at the Drivethru Studios in Chicago, 2001.
During the course of the evening a five-course meal was served from the body of a human being. Delicious! The documentation is sub-optimal since I was running around doing all the cooking and making sure everyone’s wine glass was full.
Appetizer: sauteed red pepper, wilted-lettuce salad.
Main: Crabmeat and ricotta mosticcioli, grilled chicken in white wine cream sauce.
