Concept art for “Learn To Sing”, an online/mobile game designed to teach children the basics of musical notation and structure.
The concept called for a series of cute and visually engaging animated animals that would demonstrate rhythm, pitch, etc.
I was asked to do storyboards that would demo a basic “do-re-mi” sequence using these animals. I used a combination of hand-painted art and digital drawing to get something that could be easily animated, but wouldn’t look like it was designed in Microsoft Paint.
